Dear Friends,

We are members of the Mission Study Committee, and we wanted to take just a moment to let you know we are fully engaged in our work, the first step in calling a new pastor.

The committee is comprised of five MSPC elders: Linda Nance, chairperson of the Personnel and Administration Committee; Margaret Erickson, Treasurer; Gina Acree, chairperson of the Children and Youth Committee; Rolando Ocañas; and Lisa Horst, Worship Committee.

The purpose of our group is to discern the future mission of our church in the future to assist the as-yet-unnamed Pastor Search Committee. That committee will use our research and recommendations to find the right person to spiritually lead our congregation.

We ask for your prayers of support and prayers for discernment to bless and guide our work. We will make periodic updates and invite you to stay tuned for those announcements.
