Madison Square Child Development Center provides excellent care for infants through pre-kindergarten children.

About Us

Madison Square Child Development Center (CDC) is a ‘Texas Rising Star’ Provider with a four-star rating. We voluntarily take part in a plan to improve the quality of services that we provide by meeting program requirements that go above the minimum standards for licensed childcare centers. The Rising Star requirements are based on developmentally appropriate practice in early childhood programs.

We also participate in ‘Texas School Ready!’, an early education approach that serves at-risk preschool-aged children through shared resources between public and private early childhood education programs. The design of Texas School Ready! increases children’s school readiness through five evidence-driven components: research-based curriculum, technology-driven child progress monitoring, facilitated teacher professional development, ongoing teacher mentoring, and sustainability.

Our Curriculum

Our preschool Texas School Ready! classroom uses the DLM Express curriculum and focuses on language, literacy, and math skills in preparing children for kindergarten readiness. Infant and toddler classrooms use the Creative Curriculum and focus on developmentally appropriate practices.

Teachers and Staff

Our staff have completed or are in the process of completing their Child Development Associate certification for their designated age group. Several teachers have a one-year Technical Certificate or Associate Degree.
